Construction Update – May 2021

Here is our wrap up for works at Ashbury as at the month of May 2021!

Stages 13, 14 and 15

Construction works are complete, and all land is now Titled! We’re looking forward to welcoming them to the community very soon.

Stage 14A Townhomes

Stage 14A is due to commence site works very soon. We anticipate Titles in Q3 2021.

Preliminaries such as setting up temporary fencing and general clean up before civil earthworks begin. Once civil construction has commenced, we will send you a letter informing you.

Stage 16

Stage 16 construction is now complete with final approvals underway. We are anticipating Titles in Q2 2021.

Soon you will receive a letter from our conveyancing team informing you that ‘statement of compliance’ (SOC) has been achieved.

Statement of compliance means consent from all relevant authorities acknowledging that infrastructure has been built in accordance with industry regulations and the property can now be built upon. Settlement will take place within fourteen days of title registration.

Stage 18

Stage 18 has commenced site works and is progressing well. We anticipate Titles in Q1 2022.

Stage 19

Stage 19 is due to commence site works in the coming weeks. We anticipate Titles in Q2 2022.

Stage 20 is going through the final design and approval stages, with works expected to commence Q3 2021.
