Construction Update - March 2024

There's been lots of activity on site at Ashbury, with construction progressing across multiple stages throughout the estate.

We've been thrilled to see residents and visitors enjoying the new Ashbury Boulevard Reserve, which opened to the public in Jan 2024.

The opening of the Ashbury Boulevard and Burvilles Road intersection in Jan 2024 was a great milestone, providing residents with better connectivity and easier access to the Armstrong Creek Shopping Centre.

Construction is complete on Stages 22, 24 and 25, with all three stages now titled. We look forward to new homes being built and welcoming residents in the coming months.

Construction works in Stage 30 are also now complete, with titles expected in April 2024.

In exciting news, construction is progressing well on the new Local Centre, with works expected to be completed by Q4 2024.
