Construction Update - Nov 2023
There's been lots of activity on site at Ashbury, with construction progressing across multiple stages across the estate.
Stages 22, 24 and 25 are 75% complete, with the road form taking shape and visible in the below video. These stages are on track to title in Q1 2024.
With Stage 26 titled, it's exciting to see new homes under construction and we look forward to welcoming new residents soon.
Stage 27A has commenced construction, with titles expected in late Q2 2024.

Construction works in Stage 30 has also commenced, with titles expected in late Q2 2024.
In exciting news, construction of the Southern Reserve park is on track for completion, with the new playground open to visitors by January 2024. Additional landscaping works around the park will be completed in February 2024.
Construction works have also commenced on the new Local Centre, with works expected to be completed by Q4 2024.
