STAGE four has been released at Ashbury Estate in Armstrong Creek.
With two blocks available in stage one, stage two sold out and 12 blocks available in stage three, the estate has proved popular due to its country appeal.
There are 28 blocks available in stage four, with several already snapped up. Situated in a quiet pocket of the estate, the elevated blocks in stage four range from272sq m to 715sq m.
Dennis Family Corporation’s chief executive Peter Levinge says the estate was planned with consideration especially given to active families seeking a year-round country holiday lifestyle. The estate spans 30ha and features extensive parklands, conservation areas, nature reserves and sporting ovals, with a focus on sporting facilities required for football, netball and cricket.
Stage four is located next to the future wetlands and close to the sporting precinct.
Ashbury first came to life when two mates took a gamble and bought a more than 107ha site in Armstrong Creek in 2001.They then partnered with Dennis Family Homes to create the estate, which will be home to an estimated 4000 residents.
