Say Hello to Summer

Let's make this summer a healthy one! Join us for a day filled with fitness, family, and fun at our summer health and wellbeing event. 

We've organised a range of activities to suit every age and make it an enjoyable morning for everyone. 

Get moving at one of the free dance classes to get your heart pumping, test out your skills in one of our basketball workshops, or keep the little ones busy with our special mini Olympics while you grab a sausage at the CFA Sausage Sizzle. Plus, if you bring your bikes along, our on-site bike mechanic will ensure ride in top share for summer!

You can also refuel with complimentary fresh fruit and water and keep to you energised throughout the morning.
