Construction Update July 2019

Existing and future residents will have noticed plenty of changes taking place at Ashbury over recent months. Civil construction of Stages 8, 9, 10 and 11 is now complete, with new residents having taken possession of their land in early July. All roads in these stages have now been asphalted and footpaths have been concreted and soil testing can now commence, all of which means that future residents in these stages will begin building their new homes very soon. Ashbury’s newest round of residents will be joining the existing community in no time!

Construction Update August 2018

With great winter weather, our construction team have been busy. Purchasers in Stages 4 to 7 have received their titles and we’re expecting our first residents to call Ashbury home in the coming months. Civil works have now commenced on Stages 8 to 11 with titles expected in the second quarter of 2019. Click on the video below and enjoy a birds eye view of Ashbury.

Over the past couple of months, we’ve been thrilled to see the construction of many homes at Ashbury. It’s an exciting phase in the development of the Ashbury as we start to see the community beginning to take shape. And with buyers who purchased in Stages 4 to 7 expected to receive their titles shortly, the excitement is only set to grow.

What's New At Ashbury

Works at Ashbury have been in full swing with a number of key features and elements well underway. Recent drone footage, now available on the website, shows the significant development to the streets, landscaping and infrastructure.

New greenery is starting to make its way into the Ashbury landscape, with 12 stunning Norway Maples taking pride of place down the central median, 7 Norway Maples flanking each side of the future Ashbury Boulevard, plus additional trees being planted to create a grand entrance as they mature over the coming years.

Ashbury Continues To Support Booming Supercats

Ashbury Estate couldn’t be prouder to support the continued success of the hometown basketball heroes, the Geelong Supercats, as they go from strength to strength. In recent months the Supercats have made a huge move to brand new courts located just around the corner from Armstrong Creek.

Basketball Geelong will now be able to cater for more than 3,000 junior newcomers at the brand new six-court facility which will be able to accommodate 3,600 players a week, significantly enhancing Basketball Geelong’s ability to attract new kids to the sport.

ASHBURY CONSTRUCTION UPDATE APRIL 2018

We are pleased to report that due to the good weather experienced over summer, construction at Ashbury has progressed very well.

All civil engineering services have been installed for stages 4 -7, concrete works are well under way and final roadworks are about to commence.

Construction on all four Stages is on target for completion in June 2018.

Installation of street landscaping to the estate’s entryways, including turf, street trees and the striking entry sculpture is nearing completion.

Ashbury sales are hot ahead of summer

It's full steam ahead at Ashbury Estate in Armstrong Creek

COUNTRY  living has never looked so appealing, with Ashbury Estate releasing the greatly anticipated stage four this month.

Offering families an opportunity to escape the city and enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle, interest in the new release of land is expected to be strong, with Ashbury having already sold nearly all of its available lots in stages one and two, and only a handful left in stage three.

STAGE four has been released at Ashbury Estate in Armstrong Creek.

With two blocks available in stage one, stage two sold out and 12 blocks available in stage three, the estate has proved popular due to its country appeal.

There are 28 blocks available in stage four, with several already snapped up.

Situated in a quiet pocket of the estate, the elevated blocks in stage four range from 272sq m to 715sq m.
