Ashbury Continues To Support Booming Supercats

Ashbury Estate couldn’t be prouder to support the continued success of the hometown basketball heroes, the Geelong Supercats, as they go from strength to strength. In recent months the Supercats have made a huge move to brand new courts located just around the corner from Armstrong Creek.

Basketball Geelong will now be able to cater for more than 3,000 junior newcomers at the brand new six-court facility which will be able to accommodate 3,600 players a week, significantly enhancing Basketball Geelong’s ability to attract new kids to the sport.

Over the past couple of months, we’ve been thrilled to see the construction of many homes at Ashbury. It’s an exciting phase in the development of the Ashbury as we start to see the community beginning to take shape. And with buyers who purchased in Stages 4 to 7 expected to receive their titles shortly, the excitement is only set to grow.

What's New At Ashbury

Works at Ashbury have been in full swing with a number of key features and elements well underway. Recent drone footage, now available on the website, shows the significant development to the streets, landscaping and infrastructure.

New greenery is starting to make its way into the Ashbury landscape, with 12 stunning Norway Maples taking pride of place down the central median, 7 Norway Maples flanking each side of the future Ashbury Boulevard, plus additional trees being planted to create a grand entrance as they mature over the coming years.

We are pleased to report that due to the good weather experienced over summer, construction at Ashbury has progressed very well.

All civil engineering services have been installed for stages 4 -7, concrete works are well under way and final roadworks are about to commence.

Construction on all four Stages is on target for completion in June 2018.

Installation of street landscaping to the estate’s entryways, including turf, street trees and the striking entry sculpture is nearing completion.
