Existing and future residents will have noticed plenty of changes taking place at Ashbury over recent months. Civil construction of Stages 8, 9, 10 and 11 is now complete, with new residents having taken possession of their land in early July. All roads in these stages have now been asphalted and footpaths have been concreted and soil testing can now commence, all of which means that future residents in these stages will begin building their new homes very soon. Ashbury’s newest round of residents will be joining the existing community in no time!

With great winter weather, our construction team have been busy. Purchasers in Stages 4 to 7 have received their titles and we’re expecting our first residents to call Ashbury home in the coming months. Works at Ashbury have been in full swing with a number of key features and elements well underway. Recent drone footage, now available on the website, shows the significant development to the streets, landscaping and infrastructure.
New greenery is starting to make its way into the Ashbury landscape, with 12 stunning Norway Maples taking pride of place down the central median, 7 Norway Maples flanking each side of the future Ashbury Boulevard, plus additional trees being planted to create a grand entrance as they mature over the coming years.
Ashbury Estate couldn’t be prouder to support the continued success of the hometown basketball heroes, the Geelong Supercats, as they go from strength to strength. In recent months the Supercats have made a huge move to brand new courts located just around the corner from Armstrong Creek.
Basketball Geelong will now be able to cater for more than 3,000 junior newcomers at the brand new six-court facility which will be able to accommodate 3,600 players a week, significantly enhancing Basketball Geelong’s ability to attract new kids to the sport.
